The wines of Cru de Clos showcase the very best of the vineyards I've worked with in my 30 years of making wine in Napa and Sonoma. These vineyards produce powerful and distinctive wines representing the nature where they are grown and nurtured, while always evoking tremendous balance and harmony.

As only the most recent and present steward of the land, Cru de Clos honors two cultures that make up who I am. 

• Of French heritage: The French pursuit of excellence, innovation, and continuous exploration of terroir in their winegrowing. I've spent my life exploring, understanding, and embracing this passion and purpose.
• Of Haudenosaunee/Iroquois lineage: The indigenous peoples who have inhabited these lands for generations before me and whose spirit continues to flow through me.
